4. ORDER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
The basic characteristics of the product subject to the order, its quantity, the sale price, the total price including taxes, the delivery charge, the payment method and, if any, information on the supply status are presented to the BUYER before the order is completed.
Depending on the status indicated on the product page or at the order stage, products may be offered for sale from domestic stock located in Türkiye or specially sourced from abroad upon the order of the BUYER.
For products specially sourced from abroad, the supply and delivery time may vary depending on the stock status of the manufacturer or the supplier abroad, international transport, customs and import procedures, and logistics processes within Türkiye.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In distance sales carried out by the BUYER in the capacity of a consumer, where a right of withdrawal exists under the applicable legislation, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to the BUYER or to a third party designated by the BUYER, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before the product is delivered.

6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the cases in which the applicable legislation provides that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, the BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
In particular, the provisions of the relevant legislation apply to products prepared in line with the requests or personal needs of the BUYER and to other products and services falling within an exception to the right of withdrawal under the legislation.
The mere fact that a product specially sourced from abroad has been sourced from abroad does not, in itself, eliminate the right of withdrawal. Whether a right of withdrawal exists is determined taking into account the nature of the product, the manner of the order and the applicable legislation.
7. RETURN AND REFUND
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the legislation, or where a right of return arises under the legislation, the return of the product and the refund of the price are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.
The refund is made, to the extent possible, through the payment method used at the time of purchase. Due to the processing times of banks and payment institutions, the time for the amount to be reflected in the account of the BUYER may vary.
8. DEFECTIVE / FAULTY PRODUCTS
Where the delivered product is defective or faulty, the rights of the BUYER arising from Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the relevant legislation are reserved.
Where deemed necessary, the product may be subjected to technical examination. The technical examination may be carried out by the manufacturer, the distributor or an authorised technical service.
9. DISPUTES
In disputes that may arise from consumer transactions, the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction under the applicable legislation.
10. ELECTRONIC APPROVAL
The BUYER accepts that, before completing the order, the BUYER had the opportunity to review and check the information contained in this Preliminary Information Form.
By confirming the order electronically, the BUYER accepts that the necessary preliminary information regarding the product, price, payment, delivery, supply status, right of withdrawal and return conditions has been presented to the BUYER.
This Preliminary Information Form is assessed together with the Distance Sales Agreement relating to the order.
